We are open Daily 09:00 – 22:30. The last treatment starts at 21:00.

No. The price on the menu is what you pay: VAT is included, there are no service charges, and tipping is entirely up to you. You pay at the spa after your treatment.

A slow hair-wash ritual with herbs brewed fresh each morning — soapberry, pomelo leaf, lemongrass and ginger — combined with a massage of the head, neck and shoulders. It relieves tension, calms the mind and leaves your hair soft and fragrant.
05Which treatment should I choose for my first visit?
For a short break, Gội Mây (Cloud Herbal Hair Wash, 45 minutes) is a gentle introduction. For the full experience, choose our signature Nghi Lễ Ngọc (Jade Ritual, 90 minutes). Our reception is happy to help you decide.
06Do your staff speak English?
Yes, our reception speaks English, and our menu is available in Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Russian.
07Can I come with friends or family?
Of course. We can welcome up to 6 guests at the same time. For larger groups, please message us on WhatsApp so we can prepare.

We are at 04 Nguyễn Hữu Huân, Hoàn Kiếm — about five minutes on foot from Hoàn Kiếm Lake. Walk north on Đinh Tiên Hoàng, turn right on Lò Sũ, then left on Nguyễn Hữu Huân, the café street.
